We work with approved material suppliers and always require certifications to ensure your parts of the highest quality. We return any material that doesn’t meet our standards.

INSPECTION

After every operation, your parts go through our quality department for a thorough inspection. They inspect a statistical sample size of parts against each dimension to ensure tolerances are met.

FIRST ARTICLE

Upon request, we can provide First Article Inspection Reports along with a 6-piece sample for your review prior to the entire lot being run. This inspection is to your drawing so that your quality engineers can ensure the piece meets expectations.

Technical Specifications and Quality Assurance

EXTERNAL TESTING

If any special testing is needed (e.g., hardness, lab sampling, FPI) we send the parts out to an approved vendor.

CERTIFICATIONS

We provide Material Certifications and Certificate of Conformance documentations upon request.

PACKAGING

We package your parts with care, accommodating any special requests to ensure your parts arrive safely.
