Our CNC turning machines can handle parts up to 2.00″ in diameter, and our chucking capabilities extend to parts up to 6.00″ in diameter. With precision tolerances maintained to (±) 0.0001″, we can perform complex operations such as contour milling, profiling, and machining precise reamed or tapped holes within a 6.00″ x 6.00″ x 6.00″ envelope.

Our milling equipment, including our high-speed, live-tooled four+1-axis VMCs, are capable of both contour milling and profiling operations with repeatability of (±) 0.0001″. This allows us to machine even the most complex parts with unmatched precision, ensuring that every component meets our customer’s exact specifications.
